We use a hotel-style billing system based on your dog's pickup time.

Standard 1-Day Charge: If you pick up your dog during our morning hours the following day.
2-Day Charge: If you pick up your dog during our afternoon or evening hours. This covers care for the duration of the second business day.

Please note: Billing is determined by the pickup time, regardless of whether you dropped your dog off in the morning or evening on their first day.

To ensure we can accommodate all our furry guests during busy holidays, we require a deposit equal to one day of boarding at the time of booking.

When you stay: Your deposit is applied directly to your final bill at checkout.
Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice before a holiday or do not show up for your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee.

Each dog has their own individual indoor kennel with a door that leads to their own individual outdoor run. Those runs connects to one of our four larger runs that we use to rotate our dogs for potty breaks, socialization, and playtime.

Each kennel is provided with a sleeping cot that is made of plastic sits about six inches off of the ground, two large blankets, a water bucket and a food dish.

After the initial potty break feeding and the second potty break, all dogs are given a 15 minute rotation into all of our yards. So the dogs are constantly moving and grooving. We make sure that they get plenty of playtime. We also supply lots of toys.

We also supply dog food at an additional cost of $1.00 per dog per day. We serve Fromm All Natural Adult dog food. You are more than welcome to utilize our food, or you may bring your own whatever suits your dog's needs and your needs during your dog's stay.

We use simple green as our cleaner to make sure that everything is spick and span and clean after every dog leaves, and before every dog comes in.

When it comes to socializing dogs, we will gladly help your pup make friends. We will do it safely, we do a "meet and greet" through the kennel fencing and if we have a positive reaction from both dogs, then we will leash the dogs and let them get their sniffs here and there. If we see a positive reaction to this interaction, then we'll go ahead and we'll take them off leash and let them run wild and play. While the dogs are socializing they are never left unattended because the safety of our dogs is our top priority. If your dog doesn't like to mingle with other dogs, that isn't a problem. We will gladly take the extra time to be the playmate to your dog while they are here.
